Richard Wade - President - Dick has a degree in Business from SMU in Dallas.  He has owned and managed a number of multi-unti restaurant operations during a 20 year career.  His wife Susan is past President of the Oregon Resttaurant Association.  Over the past four years he has been the Oregon Sales Manager for Integra Telecom and XO Communications.  He was a founder and managing partner of a Regional ISP, Internet Partners.  Dick has more than 20 years experience in High Tech and general business sales and management. Daniel Horsley- Director, Customer Service - Dan is one of the original employees of ITupside. He started with the company even before it had an office space, as the Operations Manager, facilitating the creation and installation of the networking and telecommunications facilities. He is also responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the hosting environment that ITupside uses today. Dan has over 9 years experience working in High Tech environments, enjoying positions as an electronic technician in aviation and marine equipment, and all facets of IT Operations management.
